Cancellations 10 day notice required Should you wish to cancel or change your reservation, we require at least 10 days advance notice. With at least 10 days advance notice we will refund your deposit, less a $35.00 service fee. Cancellations made within the 10-day period will be charged for the full amount of your stay unless we are able to re-book the room. We are a small business and cancellations affect us significantly. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation regardless of the reason. If we can re-book your room(s), a refund less a $35 service charge will be given. Deposits Bed & Breakfast reservations of 1 or 2 nights require a deposit of one night’s rate plus tax per room at the time of your reservation. Reservations of 3+ nights require a deposit of 50% plus tax at the time of your reservation.
